Akij Feed Ltd. commissioned The CloseUp Event to conceptualize and execute a landmark grand launching ceremony to unveil their next-generation feed technology to over 550 industry stakeholders, distributors, and corporate leaders at the Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden Utshob Hall.
Spatial Engineering & Technical Staging
To establish a commanding visual identity, our technical crew engineered a 65-foot curved ultra-high-definition P2.6 LED screen backdrop seamlessly flanked by dual robotic lighting arches. Using synchronized DMX intelligent beam fixtures, computerized haze, and spatial audio calibration, the mainstage captivated guests from the initial walk-in to the dramatic product reveal.
Choreographed Reveal & Program Flow
The event opened with an orchestral light overture synced to a custom cinematic brand film. A motorized Kabuki drop and theatrical pyrotechnics unveiled the new product line, followed by keynote addresses from the Akij Group Board of Directors, a nationwide distributor recognition award ceremony, and a curated five-course dinner reception.
