Stadium Concert & Light Showcase
15,000+ Audience · Arena Staging
The Strategic Brief
An arena-scale music festival gathering more than 15,000 youth fans and college students, demanding concert-grade audio-visual infrastructure, rigorous perimeter security, and artist hospitality for Bangladesh’s premier musical acts.
Stadium Rigging & Acoustic Reinforcement
We erected a heavy-duty 24-meter aluminum ground-support roof structure equipped with stadium line-array sound systems, 140+ intelligent moving heads, high-output laser arrays, and synchronized flame effects. Delay audio towers ensured pristine sound clarity across the entire open-air field.
Crowd Safety & Production Protocol
Working in tight coordination with emergency services, our ground team deployed modular crowd barricades, segmented entry zones, secure artist backstage compounds, and medical emergency booths.
Measurable Impact
- Audience: 15,000+ energized fans enjoying a 6-hour seamless live concert experience.
- Safety Record: Zero security incidents and 100% adherence to national crowd safety protocols.
